We had an amazing time at this property. Great location, just 5 minutes from downtown. The beds were extremely comfortable and the lofts were fun. Beautiful kitchen and a large back porch which was covered. We really enjoyed the fire pit in the evening. Kyle was very responsive and helpful. We love the area and will be staying in this property again! My family and I highly recommend this property!

This is a delightful cabin located close to town with all its amenities; great restaurants, quaint places for cocktails, yet so quiet it felt secluded. Sitting on the back porch surrounded by trees for morning coffee, to gazing up at the starlit sky next to a warm fire pit with plentiful & comfortable seating.Inside you’ll find extra amenities such as comfortable beds matched with soft bedding. No detail is missed. Kyle even had refreshments in the fridge upon arrival. The sleeping lofts are a perfect match for kids, along with two king bedrooms, one being a master suite. There is a identical cabin next door, would be ideal for a bigger group!

Kyle was an amazing host! He was very helpful and responsive. We stayed for the long weekend over Labor Day and actually loved it so much we booked an extra night. The cabin is right outside of downtown Petosky which is so lovely. (It’s about a 5 minute drive) I must say, I booked this cabin for the interior and it didn’t disappoint. It is the the most impeccably decorated Air b&b I’ve stayed in. It looks exactly as shown in the photos and even more lovely in person. We stayed here with my family and my parents. The adults slept downstairs in the two bedrooms and the kids slept upstairs in the lofts. It was the perfect set up. We sat outside every morning with coffee and donuts from Johan’s Bakery and in the evening we made s’mores over the fire in the fire pit. There is a cabin next door that looks identical to this one. It would be fun to book both places with a larger group. We had a great time! Can’t wait to go back!

We were the lucky first guests who got to stay here! The place itself was adorable, entirely new build so everything was fresh, new, clean, and updated. There were 6 of us who stayed here and that felt like the perfect amount of people. Even left a nice little welcome gift for us.Kyle was super responsive to any questions we had before we checked in / with any questions and trouble that we had while we were at the house. Super kind and respectful and was there at the drop of a hat with any issues and handled everything professionally. We even left something behind and he so kindly shipped it back to us!Great location -- 10 min max to downtown Petoskey so it was really convenient for a weekend getaway. Theres a "matching" house next door -- would be fun for an even larger group getaway and convenient to be right next door.
